Numatic France after-sales service does not support equipment purchased abroad, including Henry products originating from the United Kingdom.
The UK plug requires the addition of a proper European adapter (that doesn't burn out) and in any case voids any warranty in France.
This adapter also raises a liability issue in the event of a claim: your home insurance will not cover you. No HENRY adapters with a European plug are delivered to the UK.
