Class M dust extractors

Class M vacuum cleaners can be used to vacuum class L standard dust and moderately hazardous class M dust. Definition of Class M filtration (for moderately harmful dust): removal of hazardous dust, dry and flammable with an Exposure Limit Value greater than 0.1 MG air / m3 (maximum penetration level = 0.5%).
Excluding carcinogenic dust.
Specially designed for application areas such as certain wood, plastics, metallurgical, paper, pharmaceutical and other industries.
A Class M vacuum cleaner will handle dust with a limit value of exposure = 0.1 mg / m3 and <1mg / m3, such as wood dust.

This classification is governed by EN 60335-2-69
L - low risk
Dust with exposure limit value> 1 mg / m3
