Payment by credit card

Immediate processing of your order.
We accept the following cards:

CB, Visa, Mastercard

Your bank details are encrypted on your computer and transmitted securely to the SIPS-ATOS server. This process is handle by SSL encryption technology, one of the most widely-used and effective encryption systems in the world. Once your payment has been confirmed, your data is destroyed and is not stored on the SIPS-ATOS server. This is why we ask for your bank details again every time you place an order.

Payment by cheque

Your order will be processed once payment has been received.(*)

All orders can be paid by cheque. Don't forget to make your cheque payable to Voussert SAS and note your order number clearly on the back of the cheque. Please send cheques by post to:

Paying by Administrative order

Public sector clients may pay by administrative order, within the applicable legal deadline, transferred to our account.

Public sector clients are not obliged to pay immediately when placing orders. Orders will be processed once we receive the order confirmation with official approval.

Export

Payment for export orders will fall due upon receipt of the pro forma invoice duly signed by the client. Payment should be made by Swift transfer to our account.

Once full payment for the order has been received - including shipping fees if you opt for one of our courier partners - we will ship the merchandise.

Client accounts

For clients with credit accounts - approved by our accounting department - immediate payment is not required upon ordering. To benefit from this service you must have a written authorisation from our Company specifying your credit limit and payment period. Invitations to open a PRO account 'download here' are issued only to regular clients, and we reserve the right to terminate these accounts at any time if the volume of business declines, orders become infrequent or payments are not made on time.
