POLTI steam at high temperature (150°C) and under pressure (5 to 7 bars) is able to offer a unique disinfecting force. Cleaning "hygienically" means eliminating all contact with bacteria, germs, dust mites, fungi, and pollen, removing any possibility of harming pathogens and disease carriers. Nothing escapes the steam, not even the smallest particle of dirt, and thus a beneficial effect against common dust allergies is guaranteed. Fungal and bacterial cultures are effectively eliminated thanks to the high temperature. Tests carried out by the Breda Scientific Institute with POLTI multifunctional devices have shown that bacteria from the Enterobacteriaceae family were radically destroyed and brought to zero after just 5 seconds of exposure to POLTI steam, followed by vacuuming! Protective equipment Depending on the intervention conditions, a disposable suit as well as disposable gloves and masks in order to ensure protection and/or intervention conditions that are fully guaranteed in terms of hygiene.
