Benefits of cloths
Dishcloths nonwoven based on polyester and viscose are in most cases the advantage of being bacteriostatic. This means that the bacteria can not develop on the cloth in itself. It therefore helps to limit microbial growth unlike some other historical tools such as sponges or cloths cotton.
The cloths can be washed even at high temperatures and are therefore used several times which is just not the case sponges.
The cost of use is minimal. The cloths of this type are more touch food and accredited with HACCP standards. They have more better grip, an easy rinsing and quick drying. Micro perforated structure allows more effective cleaning by limiting the use of detergent.
Lavette and color code
The advantage of cloths is to offer a range of different color to compartmentalize the different areas of your premises. Thus assigning a color to each zone mop, limit your risks of transmission of bacteria from one place to another. If you use a sponge to the maintenance of health, you have no guarantee that it will not end up in your kitchen ... Conversely if you put a color code in place with yellow for food surfaces in the kitchen , pink for sanitary surfaces, blue for securities surfaces tertiary zones, you limit cross-contamination.
A color code system requires at minimum 3 colors, but you can of course add the green and white if you still want to go further in your "cutting" your maintenance processes.
