The materials used
Exotic wood stained
Natural features exotic wood ensuring resistance to rotting,
insects and fungi. The lasurage is a treatment that keeps the gloss and
durability of the wood. A renewal of the stain once every 2-3 years is recommended depending on usage.
Softwood Certified "CTBB +"
Autoclave for the wood to be very resistant to rotting, insects and
mushrooms and enjoy a ten-year guarantee. It gives the wood a slightly coloring
green that fades with time and that does not require maintenance.
Powder coated steel
- Powder epoxy / polyester: this coating is applied to the interior and hygiene products because it
has a very good resistance to chemicals and corrosion.
- Powder Polyester powder after the product is baked in the oven to allow the
polymerization (thickness: 60 microns). This coating is applied for outdoor products because
it has a very good resistance to corrosion, shock and light (UV).
Galvanization
- Electro-galvanizing: protection of steel against oxidation by depositing a film of zinc by electrolytic treatment.
- Hot dip galvanizing: protection of steel against corrosion by hot dip in a bath of molten zinc. This treatment provides excellent corrosion resistance.
