Hand towel dispenser models
There are many standards in the ranges of paper towel dispensers . Several families must be distinguished: folded paper towel dispensers, roll paper towel dispensers, and roll paper towel dispensers.
At Voussert since 1981 , our teams are at your service to offer you the right hand towel dispenser solution, whether folded hand towels or roll hand towels.
The different types of hand towel dispensers
The standard folded paper towel dispenser is suitable for use in toilets in conjunction with hand washing. There are several types of widths and several types of folding . The advantage is that there is a large choice of compatible products for this type of system.
It will therefore be easy to find, even with a distributor of a brand, several compatible products with a large choice of weight, color, format and folding method.
However, there are several types of folds which do not always allow total compatibility in terms of cartridge width and dispenser width.
We thus distinguish between Z-fold , M-fold and V-fold hand towels .
To avoid any confusion, Tork categorizes these dispensers and associated consumables.
So the Tork H2 system corresponds to M folding, the H2 system to Z folding , the H3 system to V folding .
Tork dispensers, such as H2 for Z or M folds and H3 for C or V folds, make it easy to identify compatibilities. These dispensers are often "non-captive" , meaning they can use consumables from different compatible brands.
The same is true for Kimberly Clark with its Aquarius dispensers for Kleenex and Scott hand towels.
Voussert offers you a range of hand towel dispensers made from 100% recycled plastic that accepts almost all market standards.
The standard paper towel dispenser in rolls is distinguished by very specific standards where as a general rule a reel is associated with a dispenser. These models are also intended for sanitary facilities.
The manual cutting dispenser
There is a manual model for toilets commonly called an "autocut" dispenser because its operation is based on automatic cutting of the paper. After pulling on the part of the hand towel coming out at the bottom of the device, this activates a mechanism that cuts the reel in order to release the format that the user has entered. The mechanism is 100% manual and does not require any electrical power.
Tork and Lucart have developed their systems which are respectively Tork H1 and Lucart Identity.
The Tork H1 dispenser like Lucart Identity are captive dispensers, which means that only the brand's hand towel rolls will be compatible. You will therefore not be able to put any product other than those recommended by the brand.
Kimberly Clark with the Aquarius line offers a line of hand towel dispensers in rolls for Scott control reels. The Kimberly Clark slimroll system dispenser also offers an automatic cutter for Kleenex and Scott control and Scott Essential rolls.
The “no touch” contactless dispenser
This is the evolution of the previous dispenser. In this case, the user no longer needs to pull on the paper but to pass his hand in front of the cell of the device which triggers the output and the cutting of the format . The user then only has to grab it. This solution is by far the most hygienic because there is at no time a risk of contact between the user and the device.
Tork with the H1 intuition system offers high-performance and stylish dispensers. The Tork H1 system allows the length of the sheet to be adjusted depending on the type of wiping required.
The standard paper towel dispenser roll is generally available in a central unwinding system in maxi format (roll of 450 20x30 cm formats) or mini (roll of 160 to 210 formats depending on the standards). This standard is mainly used in the kitchen because it has the advantage of being economical to purchase in terms of consumables.
