Asbestos removal, lead abatement, crystalline silica removal, ceramic fiber removal, and removal of CMR dust: these operations require a Class H vacuum cleaner certified to NF EN 60335-2-69 and a bag approved for this use. Any leakage puts operators at risk. Nilfisk bags (Attix Class H, GD930 H), Numatic NDS bags, and compatible bags, certified H13 or H14 (99.95% to 99.995% at 0.3 µm), with a permanent sealing membrane and labeling for traceability.
Decree 2012-639 and Order of April 8, 2013: Class H vacuum cleaner required, sealed bags to be disposed of in a hazardous waste landfill using a waste tracking form. The bag must be changed before it reaches 70% saturation and systematically between two sites of different types. Technical data sheets and CE certificates are provided for your SS3/SS4 files.

The NF EN 60335-2-69 standard classifies industrial vacuum cleaners into three categories according to the hazard level of the dust they collect: Class L (low-hazard dust, retention = 99%), Class M (hazardous dust including crystalline silica, retention = 99.9%), and Class H (high-hazardous dust including asbestos and CMR substances, retention = 99.995%). The dust bags must correspond to the machine's class; using a Class L bag on a Class H vacuum cleaner invalidates the certification.
For the petrochemical, food processing (flour, wood dust), and pharmaceutical industries, the vacuum cleaner and its consumables must be ATEX-certified (typically zone 22). Our ATEX bags are made of anti-static dissipative material and bear the Ex marking according to Directive 2014/34/EU.
Before opening the vacuum cleaner, seal the Class H bag with its integrated membrane. Remove the bag, place it inside a second sealed plastic bag, and label it (asbestos / hazardous waste / date / worksite). Dispose of it at a hazardous waste landfill with a waste tracking form (BSD). Retain traceability for 5 years.
