Once your payment has been validated by the 3D Secure procedure , your data is destroyed and deleted from the SIPS-ATOS server. This is the reason why we ask you for your credit card number with each new order.
My bank card is refused. What to do ?
Your credit card payment takes place outside our site and our servers, and we are not responsible for the bank servers that analyze and accept your CB transactions or their availability.
Several reasons can explain the refusal of your payment by CB: card limit reached, expiration date exceeded, etc.
