Rinse aid its function
When we talk about liquid rinsing product for dishwashers, it is in fact a drying function that the product provides.
Indeed, the addition of the latter during the last "rinse" water will facilitate and
above all accelerate the drying of the dishes.
We therefore speak abusively in everyday language of rinsing but it is rather a question of drying.
Which formulation and concentration to choose in rinsing liquid?
The first element to check, especially in the context of professional dishwashers, is the hardness of the water.
You must therefore already check the hardness of the water that feeds your dishwasher.
A water softener will significantly lower this water hardness and prevent traces and limescale deposits on your dishes. Knowing moreover that the limestone is fixed all the more so as the temperature in a dishwasher is high.
The presence of
softened water is the
guarantee of better results and less product consumption.
If you do not have softened water, then you will have to take care of the range of use of the rinsing liquid and opt for a product focused on hard water or all water.
Phenomenon of foam linked to the overconcentration of rinsing?
It sometimes appears a foam at the exit of the dishwasher and in particular in the tray.
This foam can be the result of too much liquid rinsing
product dosage, but be careful not to systematically incriminate the product.
Indeed, in most cases, if the dishes are pre-washed manually with a hand shower or in the bath with a manual dipping product, it is the latter which, in the event of poor rinsing, can cause this foam.
A
manual dipping product generates
a lot of foam and this bad rinsing leaving traces of products will have a multiplier effect in the dishwasher.
The product alone guarantees the result?
In any case, the rinsing product just like the washing product is only one element of the result.
A poorly maintained dishwasher with dirty rinsing arms, clogged rinsing nozzles reducing pressure, unsuitable water temperature...etc are all parameters that will be as important or even more important than the product.
In conclusion, the product is certainly important but will never guarantee a result on its own, just as it will never be the sole cause of a bad result.
