Suma Bac D10 is a disinfectant degreaser for cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in the food environment.
Suma Bac D10 is a degreaser, cleaner and disinfectant liquid for all types of surfaces in a single operation.
The product is suitable for all surfaces in a food environment.
Its formula, notably composed of quaternary ammoniums and sequestrants, makes it particularly effective on a broad spectrum of micro-organisms, whatever the hardness of the water.
The formula also contains specific surfactants allowing the product to clean and disinfect in a single operation. One and the same product to clean and disinfect.
Attacks grease and cooked-on dirt.
Effective on a broad spectrum of micro-organisms, improves the level of hygiene.
Effective regardless of water hardness.
Convenient and controlled dosing thanks to the SmartDose system.

• Bactericidal at 1% according to the NF EN 1276 standard in dirty conditions (0.3% bovine albumin), with a contact time of 5 minutes, at 20°C on the reference strains.
• Active at 1% on avian influenza virus with a contact time of 5 minutes at 20°C.

The SmartDose dosing system allows controlled dosing for a sprayer, a bucket or a sink.
Method of cleaning and disinfection using a sprayer:
1. Fill the sprayer with water.
2. Rotate the yellow dosing head to the spray position.
Pull the pump and push to dispense the product. Shake the sprayer lightly before use.
This corresponds to a 1% dilution.
3. Spray surfaces.
4. Leave to act for 5 minutes and clean the surface.
5. Rinse surfaces in contact with food with plenty of clean water and allow to dry in the open air.

General method of cleaning and disinfection using a bucket:
1. Fill the bucket (7 L). Rotate the yellow dosing head to the bucket position.
2. Pull pump and push to mix product with water. This corresponds to a 1% dilution.
3. Apply the solution using a cloth or brush.
4. Leave to act for 5 minutes and clean the surface.
5. Rinse surfaces in contact with food with plenty of clean water
