Description

This professional gas crepe maker has burner 6 branches / 6 Kw. Stainless steel frame with 3 feet. Control valve with thermocouple safety.
Uniform temperature over the entire surface: integrated star burner ensures ideal heat diffusion.
Constant temperature in the duration of use: automatic adjustment by thermostatic device (comfort) or manual adjustment by progressive precision valve (standard).
Energy saving: Cast iron plates diameter 400 mm with flanges and pins molded on the underside, slowing the escape of heat from flames and increasing the heat exchange surface.
Butane / propane supply 28/37 mb, delivered with 20mb natural gas conversion pouch.
Dimension: 470L X 400LG X 185H mm.
