Since 2015, allowing disabled accessibility in establishments open to the public has been mandatory, all categories combined, now ERPs and also workplaces must be equipped with facilities that meet standards.
Context
The technical regulations relating to the accessibility of the built environment to disabled people taken pursuant to the law of February 11, 2005 for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of disabled people have been applicable since January 1, 2007 to buildings constructed or renovated open to the public, as well as residential premises.
