Description

Commercial multifunction oven FC60QT.
Ideal in snacks or as an extra oven.
This oven allows 4 types of cooking.
- Convection: homogeneous cooking of several dishes without taste transmission.
- Ventilated patissier: for cooking pies, with sole heating only + ventilation for optimum heat distribution.
- Turbo Quartz: an exclusive technology combining heating by quartz vault and by resistance in sole + ventilation. This technology reduces heating and cooking times.
- Quartz grill: a salamander to brown, toast, gratinate. 4 levels spaced 70 mm, 4 grids 450 X 340 mm.

Stainless steel cavity and removable grilles support for easy maintenance.
Possible use of GN 2 / 3P trays. 65 mm maximum on grid or plates 400 X 300 mm. 0 ° thermostat at 300 ° C. 120 minute timer with alarm + continuous use position.
