Description

Professional gas Gyros grill. Equipped with 3 infrared burners with thermocouple safety and individual adjustment with idle position.
Delivered equipped for butane and propane operation and kit of natural gas injectors for change. Type GR60G. Dimension: 580L X 660LG X 870H mm.
To cook the piece of meat evenly, the backsplash and the heat source are movable and adjustable relative to the spit of meat making it possible to adapt the cooking to the volume of the spit of so-called "carrot" meat. the spindle can be set up very easily with one hand. The spindle support is completely hermetic: the motor is thus protected from any infiltration of grease or meat juice.
Mounted on ball bearings, it does not support the weight of the meat or the jerks of the operator and therefore remains protected from any torsion.
Easy maintenance: a large inclined dish collects the pressed juice and a removable drawer allows recovery. On / off switch. Control light.
