Malette first PPMS emergency is part of the circular plan No. 2015 - 205 of 25/11/2015.
"Schools and educational institutions are facing major accidents, whether natural (storms, floods, coastal flooding, earthquake, landslide ...), technological (toxic cloud, explosion, radioactivity. ..) or specific emergencies (intrusion of outsiders, attacks ...) that could cause serious damage to people and property. Consequently, everyone must prepare, especially if their scale would delay the intervention of the emergency services and when the school or institution would find themselves temporarily isolated.
This is the objective of the particular plan of security implementation (PPMS) deal with major risks ... .. "
Contents of the briefcase PPMS
It is in this context that the Ministry of Youth, National Education and Research, planned to develop a first case of emergency "PPMS" Individual Plan of Implementation Sûreté face major risks. Our PPMS bag contains all items listed in the record 7 that plan, and should be placed in each place of safety development:

Mallette first aid: emergency blanket, forehead thermometer, multiple adhesive bandages, sterile compresses, bandages, plasters, tubular mesh, spray cleaning solution, surgical masks, handkerchiefs, cold pack, sugars, saline, hand sanitizer .... .
