Orders
For almost 25 years now Voussert has counted numerous public institutions among its clients: town halls, colleges, high schools, hospitals, ministries, army facilities and more. We accept institutional orders online, by post and by telephone. After placing your order you will be issued with a pro forma confirmation, and the order will be shipped once we have received your internal validation number.
If you already have an account with our company, we accept online orders as long as they are subsequently confirmed by fax or by post including the order number or signature, along with your official stamp on the quote or online order form.
Delivery
Products are delivered by professional couriers on pallets or in film-wrapped packages, with a security seal bearing our brand logo. We can arrange specific times and conditions for your delivery as long as these requirements are clearly specified when you place the order. In such cases our shipping department will make contact with you in order to determine the optimal delivery conditions.
If you provide the email address of the department(s) receiving the deliveries (even across multiple sites), you will receive real-time email updates when your products leave our warehouse, along with full information on the delivery conditions.
For military bases or secure sites, our drivers can present any forms of identification you deem necessary, and our logistics department can arrange set meeting times and provide information such as the registration number of the vehicle, the name of the driver etc. For such requests please contact us by fax or via this form.
You have a 48-hour period in which to express any complaints regarding the quantity or quality of the merchandise delivered.
Payment
Payment must be made by administrative payment order within 35 days of the date shown on the invoice
The invoice will be sent to you via the CHORUS portal.
Please specify your Siret number and your service code if necessary to facilitate sending via CHORUS.
