What are the delivery methods?
Delivery is made in two different ways: either by Colissimo if the weight, size and content of your order allow, or by national or international carriers. In this case, an email specifying the contact details of the transporter is sent to you when the goods leave.
What to do if your package is damaged?
The delivery of the goods is an important moment. You must not accept any torn, ripped, weathered packages or the condition of which suggests that your products may be damaged.
You must not accept any delivery if the number of packages presented does not correspond to the number of packages indicated on the transport voucher.
In case of doubt, it is preferable to refuse the goods by clearly indicating on the transport voucher the reasons for this refusal (damage to the package, missing packages, etc.).
If you discover an anomaly after delivery, please contact us with your delivery receipt.
What are the shipping fees ?
Delivery costs can be simulated and calculated without any commitment on your part.
Indeed, we have implemented a protocol allowing you to make your basket and then convert it into a quote without obligation. This quote will include all shipping costs associated with your order.
After having taken note of this estimate in its entirety, shipping costs included, you will have the possibility of validating it in final order or of not following it up.

Can I be delivered upstairs?
By default, deliveries by carrier are on the ground floor.
If your delivery address has any particularities (going upstairs, difficult route, etc.), we recommend that you contact us before placing an order.
Do you deliver to the European Union?
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union. The transport costs linked to each country differ and will be calculated automatically during your order according to the weight of the parcel and its destination.
The "Quote" section will allow you to simulate the costs of your possible order.
Do you deliver to Switzerland?
Yes, but Swiss taxes and customs clearance fees remain the full responsibility of the customer. A customs clearance package for France is included in the shipping costs invoiced when ordering.
