Almost all of these devices are manufactured in Asia . In the best-case scenario, when you are told they are made in France, Italy, Portugal, Spain... this only refers to the casings, which may or may not be molded locally, and the assembly of the entire device.
As well as the motors, electronic boards, resistors and most of the parts, these are manufactured in Asia.
