Our range of aluminum gastronorm dishes is manufactured in Europe and perfectly meets the standard dimensional standards defined by the EN631-1:1993 standard. This standard defines a dimensional standard for food containers in the field of out-of-home catering.
This standard, which was created in 1993, aims to standardize equipment from preparation to cooking to service. Of course, in order to facilitate transport and transfers in particular.
