1 - Remove the metal lid from the aluminum container before use.
2 - Place the aluminum container in the microwave in the center of the turntable . Be careful with metal turntables, it is absolutely essential to place a ceramic or glass plate under the container.
3 - The container must not under any circumstances touch the walls of the microwave (minimum distance 2 cm)
