Hand dryer is an alternative to the solution paper hand towels .
The decision must be made based on economic criteria, hygiene and customer and user expectations, but also on no longer needing a bin for waste collection.

How to install a hand dryer?

Installation must be carried out by an electrician to avoid any mishandling. Wall mounting must be done with sufficiently strong anchors suitable for the wall.
Recommendations for installation are as follows:
Installation height: Installation must be carried out in accordance with NFC 15-100 standard.
Specificity for early childhood: Considering article R21 dealing with premises concerned with early childhood, hand dryers must meet the following conditions:
• The temperature at the blower grille of the appliance must not be higher than 60°C in normal operation (opt for a power lower than 1500W)
• In case of IP2X classification then the device must be installed so that its lowest part of the cover is at a height of at least 1.2m above the ground.
• If it is classified as IP3X (or higher) then it can be installed at a height of less than 1.2m from the ground.

Hand dryer insulation class

You will necessarily find an insulation class indicated by a pictogram.
Class I: Must be connected to earth.
Class II: They have double electrical insulation and do not require an earth connection. They can be installed in bathrooms, unlike Class I.
