Most manufacturers like Nilfisk, Taski have 2-year guarantees. However, it is important to take into account that good management is essential . If the filter, bags, hose are not emptied, changed regularly, this impacts the life of the engine, the manufacturer may then refuse to cover your warranty.
The most common fault is the "cut wire" in the sheath or torn from the motor terminal block. It often happens that in professional environments and "intensive" use, the cable is used to pull the vacuum cleaner, resulting in an internal tearing of the motor terminal block. The other common cause is the cable getting stuck between two doors. In this case, the outer sheath may appear uncut but the internal cable is severed.
