Floor polishing is performed on a clean, waxed floor. Therefore, the surface must first be damp-mopped with impregnated cloths . Afterward, use a white or beige polishing pad. This polishing is carried out at a rotation speed between 150 rpm and 3000 rpm , preferably with a single-disc floor machine. For larger areas, this operation can be performed with an automatic scrubber-dryer equipped with a pad holder. A spray product with a neutral cleaning formula can be used, but it can also be done dry. This process will restore shine and a "wet look" effect to your floor (floor protected by an emulsion or factory-finished with a metallic coating).
