Disk Diamond Janex reference

Product Description

The range Janex D. Industrial Drive is used for cleaning up the high shine of your floors.
It has a higher concentration than the preceding abrasive and uses one of the most modern systems in the world of cleaning.
The range D. Industrial Drive Janex be used dry or wet and offers all standard disk sizes of the French market.
The range uses ultra strong super abrasive crystals. The size of the super crystal is carefully selected for each type of use. These are on the colorful side of the disc glued with super glue. The other side is in contact with the machine.
The range Janex D. Industrial Drive is used to clean your floors and make it shiny especially stony.
It comes AFTER the range Renovator discs (The Renovator is used for pickling and renovation of the ground).

The method used: deep cleaning in high gloss polishing

The action of Janex D. Industrial Drive is mechanical. The complete method is very easy to use.
It is to first remove all the dirt in the ground (deep cleaning). There is no chemical action, no detergent is used, only water. The floor is cleaned without being polluted.
As to the use of other discs, the soil becomes increasingly smooth and shiny.
The final finishing with GREEN disk provides High gloss shine the floor.

Hard disk drives 1

Spotted by a red color, the HDD drive is the first drive to use.
It removes dirt and reduces small deformations of the soil. The addition of water is necessary in this first phase to multiply the action of the drive. The dirty floor gives way to level ground cleaned mat. 3-4 passes minimum required at low speed.
Important: remove water between passes.
To renew for 2 weeks according fouling the ground.

Medium disc number 2

Spotted by a blue color,
MEDIUM is the disk just after HARD disk.
MEDIUM The disk provides a simple floor finish with a slight sheen.
3-4 assists the minimum necessary for low speed using water.
To renew for 1 week.

End disk number 3

Spotted by a yellow color,
FIN disc begins its action after MEDIUM disk.
FIN disk provides a neat finish from the ground.
Polishing appears after a few passes with a beautiful shine.
2-3 assists the minimum required at low speeds.
Use water
To renew for one week

Very fine disc number 4

Spotted by a green color,
FIN TRES disc begins its action after the END disk
FIN TRES disk allows access to a high gloss of your floor very quickly
The mirror effect appears if all steps have been followed.
3-4 passes minimum required at low speed.
Use some water
It is also possible to use the VERY END disk with a high speed machine to accent the high gloss effect.
To renew for one week

Regular Maintenance

After reaching the desired level of finishing, alone
FIN No. 4 VERY disk is used
on a daily basis with water. This will allow
permanently keep your soil in good condition.
