The action of the Janex D. Industrial Disc is mechanical. The complete method is very simple to use.
The process begins by removing all the ingrained dirt from the floor (deep cleaning). No chemicals are used, no detergents are applied, only water. The floor is cleaned without being polluted.
As the other discs are used, the floor becomes smoother and shinier.
The final finish with the GREEN disc gives the floor a high gloss shine.
Hard Drive Number 1
Identified by a red color , the HARD disk is the first disk to be used.
It removes dirt and reduces minor soil deformations. Adding water is necessary in this first phase to maximize the disc's effectiveness. The soiled floor is replaced with a smooth, matte, and even surface. A minimum of 3 to 4 passes are required at low speed.
Important: remove the water between passes.
Repeat for 2 weeks depending on the soiling of the floor.
Medium disc number 2
Identified by a blue coloration ,
The MEDIUM disk operates immediately after the HARD disk.
The MEDIUM disc allows for a simple floor finish with a slight sheen.
A minimum of 3 to 4 passes are required at low speed using water.
Repeat for 1 week.
Disc number 3
Identified by a yellow coloration ,
The FIN disc begins its action after the MEDIUM disc.
The FIN disc allows for a neat floor finish.
The shine appears after a few passes, with a beautiful gloss.
A minimum of 2 to 3 passes are required at low speed.

Very thin disc number 4
Identified by a green coloration ,
The VERY THIN disc begins its action after the THIN disc
The VERY THIN disc allows you to achieve a high shine on your floor very quickly
The mirror effect appears if all the steps have been followed.
A minimum of 3 to 4 passes are required at low speed.
Use little water
It is also possible to use the VERY THIN disc with a very high speed machine to accentuate the high gloss effect.
