Disc spray method

The spray method allows you to regenerate your protection.

How to choose the right disc

Method spray discs are used on the disc-holder trays of monobrushes and scrubber-dryers. These trays must be provided with pins allowing the attachment of the disc.
The method spray disk is usually red in color. They are used with a spray product (Example Comet Spray R).
The product will allow using the disc to regenerate the surface protected by an emulsion (metallization) and to clean it simultaneously.
However, you must wash the floor with a neutral cleaner and then wet sweep to avoid dust that could "pollute" the treatment.
These discs can be used on low-speed monobrushes knowing that the result will be more convincing with a high-speed monobrush.
Floors that can be treated are linoleum floors and some modern resilient floors.

3M brand disc or standard

You can choose the 3M quality on which you will obtain powerful results but above all a greater durability of the disc. On the other hand, this implies maintaining the disc by washing it after each use.
If, on the contrary, your approach to the disc is more based on the disposable, there is no need to take 3M and the standard range will be sufficient and effective.

Disc size

What determines the choice of the dimension (of the diameter of the disc) is of course on the dimension of your platter and the recommendations of the manufacturer of the machine.
On a monobrush with a plate of 40 to 43 cm you can choose a diameter of 406 mm if you do not want an overhang and 432 mm if you wish to have this overhang allowing you to work the baseboards.
On ultra high speed machines the disk size can go up to 505.
