Low speed monobrush for intensive work

Numatic offers a specific machine for intensive work with the NR1500S model. This model indeed has an ATC torque regulation system allowing to keep a constant power.
This particularity makes it a machine widely appreciated by those involved in construction, where the types of soil encountered are very variable in terms of roughness and surface condition.
In addition, across the entire Numatic range, the power transmission between the motor and the chainring (or brush) being by planetary gear, they have an unrivaled capacity and reliability.
The new Taski Ergodisc HD monobrush also has a planetary gear drive with a bare weight of 54 kilos. It also presents a solution for intensive scrubbing work.

Low speed monobrush and crystallization

The crystallization work requires the use of a suitable monobrush. The new Taski Ergodisc HD monobrush is specifically developed for this application. Indeed, traditional crystallization requires a significant machine weight (over 40 kilos) combined with a significant power transmission. These characteristics are present on the Ergodisc HD but also on the Numatic NR1500S.

Monobrush cleaning dry or wet foam carpet

Carpet cleaning can be done with a single brush in two ways: most of the time it is a "wet" carpet cleaning which does not require specific materials apart from the carpet brush and a liquid carpet shampoo. The other less widespread method but which has the advantage of a much faster availability of premises is the dry foam method. To date, the leading machine in this field is the Taski Ergodisc 165 or Duo monobrush, on which the Taski foam compressor, which has been a benchmark on the market for several years, must be adapted.
