Description
3M special professional discs for trimming, stripping and whitening parquet floors. Suitable for all types of single-brush machines. 3M Scotch-Mesh discs are thin and flexible discs, made of a resistant woven fabric, coated on both sides with calibrated abrasives and a resistant resin.
The range consists of different diameters and different grades (abrasive grain size).

Benefits of 3M Scotch Mesh Disc:

- Very open weave to avoid clogging.
- Solid tablecloth allowing use on each side.
- Two usable sides.
- Highly resistant abrasive grains (Silicon Carbide) for more effective abrasion. Can be used dry on parquet floors or wet on stone floors.
- Can be used with a standard single-brush machine.
- Range of three grains: Coarse, medium and fine.
- Can also be used on marble floors during renovation (test beforehand).

Using the 3M Scotch Mesh Disc:

3M™ Scotch-Mesh™ Discs are designed for use with standard single-disc machines for the restoration of waxed or sealed parquet floors.
The discs are also used on marble floors for surfacing before crystallization or polishing with finer grits.
Features :
Color: Anthracite gray.
Marking: 3M logo and white color reference on one side.
External diameters: 406 or 432 mm.
Grits: 60 (coarse), 80 (medium), 120 (fine) .
Abrasive: Silicon carbide.

Sold in packs of 12 discs . Grit 80 pack of 12 discs.

Manual
1. Place the disc on the floor.
2. Place a thick disc (3M ™ Scotch-Brite ™ Disc White, Blue or Red) on the Scotch-Mesh ™ disc of the same diameter.
3. Position the single disc machine with a drive plate on both discs.
4. Maneuver the scrubber in slow passages, avoiding to stay in the same place for too long . Stay straight with the machine.
5. Remove the disc and wash it.
