Janex D 230 mm red N1 diamond disc grain 400 per 2

The Janex Diamond pad disc is used on stone floors, marble, terrazzo, natural stone, and concrete. Long disc life. Can be used wet or dry without chemicals.
The 4-step program using water:
Hard (1) – RED color: ensures deep cleaning and removes dirt and scratches.
Medium (2) – BLUE color: transition disc that removes surface imperfections.
End (3) – YELLOW color: polishing sequence which leaves a slightly shiny floor.
Very fine (4) – GREEN color: This disc used dry or wet leaves a beautiful surface shine.

Composition :

- the abrasive disc is made of 100% polyester
- The texture of the disc is dense to avoid any deformation during use
- The size of the synthetic diamond is adapted to the use of the disc
- The diamond is glued to the disc with a very strong glue
- The color of the disc varies depending on its use. It is made by a spray machine

Description of the Janex D range

The Janex D. Industrial Disc range can be used dry or on wet ground.
It offers all standard disc sizes on the French market.
The Janex D. Industrial Disc range uses ultra-strong super abrasive crystals.
The size of the super crystal is carefully selected for each type of use.
These are located on the colored side of the disc, glued with super glue.
The other side is in contact with the machine.
The Janex D. Industrial Disc range is used to clean and make your floors shine, especially stony ones.
It is used AFTER the Renovator disc range (Renovator is used for stripping and renovating floors).

The method: from deep cleaning to high-gloss polishing

The action of the JANEX D. Industrial Disc is mechanical.
The complete method is very easy to use.
It first consists of removing all the dirt embedded in the floor (Deep cleaning).
There is no chemical action , no detergent is used, only water.
The floor is cleaned without being polluted.
As you use the other discs, the floor becomes smoother and shinier.
The final finish with the GREEN disc gives a high gloss shine to the floor .
