Description

Concentrated degreasing liquid for cleaning heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen.
Suma Degreaser Pur-Eco D3.9 is an alkaline liquid detergent for manual cleaning of all types of heavily soiled kitchen surfaces, including equipment, hoods, cooktops, tables, etc.
Its formulation contains very powerful surfactants for improved surface wetting, and alkalis that effectively remove all types of grease and ingrained food stains.
Suma Degreaser Pur-Eco D3.9 can also be used in pure form for daily oven cleaning.

dosage:
The recommended concentration varies between 10-30 ml per liter of hot water depending

applications:
General cleaning method:
1. Apply the solution (10-30 ml / L) to the surface with a cloth, sponge or low-pressure spray system
2. Clean with a cloth or brush
3. Rinse with clear water and allow to dry
Cleaning by dipping:
1. Soak in a solution of diluted product at 10 ml per liter of hot water
2. Rub or brush to remove stubborn stains
3. Rinse with clear water and allow to dry
Cleaning the fryers:
1. Drain the fryer and close the valve
2. Fill with water up to the filling level for the oil
3. Add 1 liter of Suma Degreaser Pur-Eco D3.9 to 10 L of water (10%). Check the capacity of the tank to determine the correct dilution
4. Plug in the fryer and boil in a controlled manner for 1 hour
5. Let cool and drain. Rub or brush to remove stubborn dirt from walls and heating elements
6. Rinse twice with warm, clear water and allow to dry
Cleaning the ovens:
1. Apply the undiluted product with a brush to the oven surfaces (<70 ° C)
2. Leave on for 15 minutes
3. Clean surfaces by rubbing
4. Rinse with clear water and allow to dry

  • Un vrai miracle ce produit pour récupérer une plancha pro en piètre état. Plusieurs passages et de l'huile de coude, certes, mais très bon produit de qualité professionnelle. En revanche, le prix est exorbitant (partout) mais la différence avec les produits du commerce est évidente. Profitant d'une promotion en cours, Voussert était le moins cher de tous les sites, livraison comprise. Je recommande donc.
