Suma Bac D10 is a colored and unscented bactericidal disinfectant degreaser, which allows the cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces in food environments in a single operation.
Main properties
Suma Bac D10 is a product suitable for use on all surfaces commonly encountered in the food industry . Its formula, composed in particular of quaternary ammoniums and sequestrants, makes it particularly effective on a broad spectrum of microorganisms, regardless of the hardness of the water. The formula also contains specific surfactants that enhance its cleaning effectiveness.

Standards

• 1% bactericide according to standard EN1276 in dirty conditions, with a contact time of 5 minutes, at 20°C on reference strains.
• 0.5% yeasticide according to EN1650 standard on Candida albicans in dirty conditions, with a contact time of 15 minutes, at 20°C.
• Active at 1% on avian influenza virus with a contact time of 5 minutes at 20°C.

Legislation
Compliant cleaning product:

General method of cleaning and disinfection:
1. Use at a concentration of 10 ml / L minimum for a bactericidal effect at 20 ° C. Apply the solution using a dishcloth, a brush or a disinfection station.
2. Leave for 5 minutes minimum.
3. Rinse food contact surfaces thoroughly with potable water and allow to air dry.
Suma Bac D10 can be used at a higher concentration (up to 50 ml / L maximum) depending on the level of soiling present and the habits of use.
