What is the spray method?
The spray method has as main utility to renovate and detach a soil protected by an emulsion.
Modern soils are protected by emulsions or plant protection that degrade over time.
Origin of degradation of the protection
The main cause is of course the traffic but also the service carts. They generate traces of shoes (black mark) but also degrades the shine by altering the surface condition by a multitude of scratches.
These scratches no longer allow a perfectly smooth surface that gives the appearance "weet look" very bright that is obtained at the factory or after a treatment with a metallization.
Another cause may also be the use of a non-neutral cleaning product (pH close to 7) which will therefore attack the surface chemically and degrade the latter as and washings.
The spray method periodic repair
Following all these attacks on protection, there are two options:
- Do nothing and let the film degrade but this will involve at a given time a complete stripping of the surface and a waxing (metallization) of the soil. Operation expensive and especially taking time while blocking access to these surfaces.
- Set up a method of maintenance in spray method whose objective will be to "repair" and "clean" the surface simultaneously or staggered.
In this context, it is necessary to set up a schedule of intervention which allows using a
high or very high speed single-spindle (speed of rotation higher than 400 rpm) to renovate the surface and thus to maintain the shine .
You will be able to postpone
soil stripping operations and especially to offer visitors a soil condition conducive to conveying a clean image of your establishment.
Spray products
There are two major axes on these products.
The formulation may be rather orient regeneration with a higher emulsion concentration. In this case it is the renovation that is preferred.
The formulation can be oriented towards a cleaning action and in this case it is the concentration of surfactant cleanser that will be preferred.
Spray total method:
Add the product to the spraying system of the single-disc machine, equipped with the appropriate disc and proceed with the cleaning by spray method of the soil.
If the disc is stained, use the other side clean or change the disc. Polish for a uniform satin finish.
Spray partial method:
Add the product to the monobrush spraying system, equipped with the appropriate disc and clean the floor by spraying the product only on dirty areas. After a short drying time, buff the entire surface to give it a more even appearance.
