Description
Diversey Suma San D10.1 is a 5 litre bactericidal disinfectant detergent.
It is a self-foaming, bactericidal, fungicidal disinfectant degreaser against candida albicans, for cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in food environments in a single operation.
Suma San D10.1 is a self-foaming product suitable for use in disinfection stations, foam guns, or central foam systems. Its formula, composed of quaternary ammonium compounds and sequestering agents, makes it particularly effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms, regardless of water hardness.

Microbiological data of Suma San D10.1

• Bactericide at 0.75% according to standard EN1276 in dirty conditions, with a contact time of 5 minutes, at 20°C on strains of
reference.
• 1% yeasticide according to EN1650 on Candida albicans in dirty conditions, with a contact time of 5 minutes, at 20°C.
• Virucide on Rotavirus (gastroenteritis) at 1.5% with a contact time of 15 minutes at 20°C.
• Bactericide according to standard EN13697 at a concentration of 0.5%, in dirty conditions, in 5 minutes of contact time and at 20°C on the reference strains
• Yeasticide according to standard EN13697 at a concentration of 0.5% on Candida albicans, in dirty conditions and in 5 minutes of contact time at 20°C.

Manual
General method of cleaning and disinfection:

For bactericidal activity:
1. Use at a concentration of 7.5 ml / L for a bactericidal effect at 20 ° C in 5 minutes of contact time.
Additional test: 5 ml / L for a bactericidal effect at 40 ° C in 60 seconds of contact time
2. Apply the solution using a mop, brush or disinfection station.
3. Leave on for 60 seconds to 15 minutes
4. Rinse thoroughly with potable water, surfaces in contact with food and allow to air dry.
For fungicidal activity:
Use at a concentration of 7.5 ml / L at 20 ° C, in at least 15 minutes of
contact time.
Additional test: 10 ml / l at 20 ° C, in 5 minutes of contact time
Suma San D10.1 can be used at a higher concentration (up to 50 ml / l maximum) depending on the level of soiling present and usage habits (above 10 ml / l, Suma San D10.1 allows to obtain a higher level of foam).
