Suma D10.4 is a powerful chlorinated alkali for cleaning and disinfecting all heavily soiled surfaces in the kitchen, particularly floors, walls and food preparation surfaces.
The formula composed of chlorine and alkaline agents makes the product particularly effective on a large number of microorganisms, regardless of water hardness.
The product is self-foaming and is suitable for use with a disinfection station, foam cannon or foam generator.

General cleaning and disinfection method:

1. Use at a concentration of 8ml/L for a bactericidal effect at 20°C and a minimum contact time of 5 minutes.
2. Apply the solution using a cloth, a brush or use a disinfection station.
3. Leave to act for a minimum of 5 minutes.
4. Rinse surfaces that come into contact with food thoroughly with potable water.
5. Allow to air dry.

Suma Chlorsan D10.4 exceeded the EN 1276 standard at a dilution of 0.8% and in dirty weather, at a contact time of 5 minutes.
