Food degreasing detergent disinfectant 5 L

Disinfectant degreasing detergent approved for all washable surfaces in contact with foodstuffs and foodstuffs
for animals.

Applications: Walls, worktops, large equipment, food transport vehicles, etc. in communities, professional kitchens, CHR,
industries…
Area of use: TP4 : disinfectant for surfaces in contact with food and animal feed.
POA: storage premises, transport equipment. POV: storage premises and equipment, walls of storage and transport premises.

Detergent and degreasing effectiveness:

• Concentrated product.
• Synergy between surfactants and minerals ensuring the elimination of organic and mineral dirt and the most stubborn greases.
• Product complies with the regulations relating to cleaning products for equipment and utensils that may come into contact with foodstuffs (decree of 12/19/2013).

Microbiological properties:

Dirt conditions at 20°C:
• General bactericidal treatment: EN 1276 0.5% 15 minutes, EN 13697 0.5% 15 minutes,
• Specific uses / additional claims: EN 13697 Listeria monocytogenes 0.25% 15 minutes, EN 13697 Salmonella enterica 0.25%
15 minutes, EN 1650 Candida albicans 0.5% 15 minutes, EN 13697 Candida albicans 0.25% 15 minutes, EN 14476 active on HIV 0.4% 5 minutes.
Virus: Vaccine ( active on enveloped viruses such as Coronavirus, Hep. C, Hep. B, VRSh, HIV, H1N1, Herpes virus) 2% in 5 min: EN 14476

Detergent and degreasing efficiency: 0.5% to 2% depending on the degree of soiling of the surfaces.
Microbiological efficiency: 0.5% in 15 minutes over the entire spectrum of activity (bactericide and yeasticide).
• Immediately use the ready-to-use solution.
1- Treat surfaces and materials by wet sweeping (+/- 20ml / m²).
2- Action time for biocidal activity: 15 minutes.
3- Rinse thoroughly with tap water.
4- Remove the soiled solution immediately after use
5- If food contact, the washing operation must be followed by rinsing with potable water.
6- Rinse the product application equipment (brush, bucket)
at the water.
• Use in foam gun: 3 to 5%.

Keep container tightly closed and in a dry place. Keep away from sources of ignition or heat - do not smoke. Empty packaging must be disposed of as non-hazardous waste under the sole responsibility of the holder of this waste. Do not reuse the packaging.
Do not empty into drains and water courses. Under normal conditions of use, no adverse side effects are known.
