Microbiological effectiveness of Food 390 detergent:

Dirty conditions, 20°C:
Bactericide at 1% in 5 min (EN 1276, EN 13697)
1% yeasticide in 5 min (EN 1650, EN 13697)
Virucide on enveloped viruses at 2% in 10 min (EN 14476, EN 16777 – Vaccinia virus)
