Disposable cold meat tray

The disposable “charcutière” model tray is the most common model.
We find this model of tray among caterers and take-away food trades but also many at festive events such as concerts, association parties, etc. where these trays are used to distribute portions of fries or other take-away foods.
The tray is disposable and is made in France in translucent polystyrene with a grooved structure to give it a minimum of rigidity for better grip.

The capacities

This model of disposable charcuterie tray is available in several sizes from 40 ml to 3000 ml.
The declination is also indicated in grams but we can consider that the grams / ml correspondence is 1 to 1 in the context of these trays.
The temperature resistance of these trays is -10°C to +90°C which allows you to keep them warm.
