Obio manual dishwashing bag is specially formulated for manual dishwashing. The dishwashing product effectively degreases dirty dishes while ensuring a streak-free shine.
The dishwashing product is ultra concentrated, it must be diluted before use. 3L of ultra concentrate = 20L of concentrate.
Field of application: collective and industrial kitchens, agro-food laboratories, catering professionals, catering trades (bakery, pastry shop, butcher, charcuterie, caterer, chocolatier, etc.).

Thinning: from 1% to 5%.
Put a dose of dishwashing liquid in the wash basin by adding lukewarm water.
Scrub the utensils with a sponge or a suitable abrasive pad.
In case of heavy soiling, leave to soak for a few moments.
Rinse, then let the dishes dry before putting them back into service.

How to switch from ultra concentrated to concentrated?

- Take an empty, clean one-litre container.
- Put between 150mL and 250mL of ultra concentrate in the container and add water up to the shoulder.
- Close and shake the container to homogenize everything.
