Essity offers the following guarantee exclusively to its customers, legal persons, not private persons.

In addition to the legal guarantee, Essity offers its customers, legal persons, an additional guarantee for a total duration of five years after the date of purchase of some of our Tork® dispensers, they will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. without the need for proof that the defect was present on delivery.
Our corporate customers can obtain this additional warranty by completing the online registration form at Warranty Registration | Tork FR .

Under this additional warranty, in addition to your statutory rights, Essity reserves the right to repair or replace a dispenser free of charge.

If a customer, a legal person, wishes to make use of the guarantee, he must do so during the applicable guarantee period and accompany his request with proof of purchase.

Under the guarantee, Essity may require the customer, legal person, to return the defective distributor before offering the guarantee and to repair or replace the defective distributor. Replacement dispensers may not be the same model due to design and range changes.
Under the warranty, damage resulting from vandalism, misuse, or improper installation is not covered, and Essity is not liable for any damages, including, without limitation, lost profits. .

Note: These additional warranty terms are available to corporate customers only. The legal rights of private customers and those of customers who are legal entities remain unaffected.
