J'ai acheté ce produit pour remplacer le pistolet de ma centrale de nettoyage achète en début d'année qui est défectueux, donc nous allons voir si celui ci est plus robuste. Car entre l'achat de la centrale et l'achat de mon nouveau pistolet vous avez changé le pistolet car je pense que vous avez eu des soucis donc je trouve inadmissible que le service après vente n'est pas fait jouer la garantie.

Bonjour, Mon collègue du SAV a répondu à votre demande, vous pouvez consulter la réponse via votre compte client sur le site. Pour que le fabricant puisse prendre en charge une garantie il faut compléter le formulaire que l'on vous a adressé et retourner le pistolet défectueux. Cordialement l'équipe Voussert.
