The After-Sales Service procedures are taken from chapter 6 of JVD's General Terms and Conditions of Sale, namely:

  le produit ne correspond pas exactement à la description sur votre site.il était donné pour une grande capacité de 40 litres alors qu'il n'en fait que 33 l le compartiment dans la porte est beaucoup trop étroit pour les bouteilles. Un peu déçu du produit.
