• Wet mopping is recommended for heavily soiled areas, such as entrance halls and high-traffic zones. Mop heads used for wet mopping must have high absorbency and be specifically designed for deep cleaning stubborn dirt. This method is used in high-traffic areas such as public buildings, schools, community centers, gyms, offices, etc.

Choice of fringe and type of soil

The type of flooring you'll be using the microfiber mop head on is an important factor. Different types of flooring may require mop heads with different characteristics to ensure optimal grip and ease of use.
• Short-pile microfiber fringes, mostly made of polyester, tend to glide more easily on smooth floors, which can be an advantage in some situations. However, they may be less suitable for rough or textured tiles and offer significantly less absorbency.

• Mixed microfiber fringes combine the advantages of both by offering a compromise, with specific areas featuring gentle abrasives. This improves cleaning efficiency by removing more stubborn dirt while providing a smooth glide across the floor.
