Description

Deb Instantfoam Optidose formula at 1.5 ml is the optimal dose to guarantee hand disinfection with a single application. This contrasts with the IAF1000ML reference, which delivers 0.7 ml per dose and therefore requires multiple applications.
Deb instantfoam Optidose is a broad-spectrum hydroalcoholic foam with biocidal efficacy, for rapid hand disinfection without rinsing.
The first fully virucidal disinfectant foam.
Ideal for use in all medical and food processing sectors where high levels of hand hygiene are required.
InstantFoam Complete is a hydroalcoholic foam for disinfecting hands and surfaces, ideal for the health and food processing sectors.
It is bactericidal, virucidal, yeasticidal and mycobactericidal, and is effective against SARS CoV-2.
The mousse is hypoallergenic, fragrance-free and color-free, and suitable for sensitive skin.
It is compatible with latex, vinyl and nitrile gloves.
The product is HACCP and ECARF certified, and has a shelf life of 36 months.
For hygienic disinfection, apply 3 ml and rub for 30 seconds.
Sold in cartons of 6 x 1 litre cartridges.
Cartridge only compatible with Deb dispenser, to be ordered separately.

Bactericidal:
- EN1500, In vivo, The product has bactericidal efficacy in 30 seconds (3ml).
- EN12791, In vivo, For surgical hand disinfection by rubbing, apply 3ml of product as many times as necessary to keep hands moist for 3 minutes.
- EN1276, In vivo, Suitable for use in the food industry, in manufacturing, and for private and professional use. The product has bactericidal activity in 30 seconds under clean conditions against the 4 reference strains.
- EN13727, In vivo, Suitable for use in the medical sector. The product has bactericidal activity in 30 seconds under these conditions
cleanliness on the 4 reference strains.
- Survival (time-kill) procedure, E2783-111, In vivo, Evaluation of the elimination by timed exposure of 54 bacterial species within a period of 15 seconds.

Features of Deb InstantFoam Optidose 1L cartridge SC Johnson

Dermatological test. According to the Duhring Chamber methodology, with application of the pure product for a period of 18 hours.
The results, validated by a dermatologist, demonstrate that the product is “non-irritating” and has good skin tolerance.

Formula evaluated by a toxicologist and declared safe for use.
Taste transfer non-test
The product was tested by Sensory Analysis: Test
Triangular BS EN ISO 4120:2007. This test proves that the application of the product for hand disinfection does not transfer any taste to food.
Hypoallergenicity test
The product has been tested and declared hypoallergenic.
Glove compatibility
The BS EN 455-2:2000 test demonstrates that the product does not deteriorate the physical properties of natural rubber (latex) or nitrile gloves.

Instructions for use
Ensure hands are clean and dry before use.
Use several times a day, as needed.
For general use: apply 1 dose and rub well over the entire surface of the hands for 20 to 30 seconds.
For hygienic skin disinfection (according to EN1500 standard):
Apply 2 doses (3 ml). Rub well the entire surface of the hands, taking care
until the foam covers the skin for 30 consecutive seconds (40 seconds for virucidal effectiveness).
For surgical disinfection: Apply 2 doses (3 ml) and repeat as many times as necessary to keep hands moist for 180 seconds.
