The goods must be subject to a qualitative and quantitative control by our customers within ten days of receipt.

If the buyer is a reseller and if his client makes a claim within the warranty period for defects which were not apparent during the customer's inspection of the goods, the following rule applies to us:

As soon as this right is not exercised by the company after the return of the goods, the termination of the contract will be considered declared, to the exclusion of any other right, except the right to a credit / refund of the price of purchase, in consideration of the benefits derived from the use of the returned items.
Apart from the warranty, the company guarantees to make available, at least for a period of five years from the date of sale, consumables and spare parts for our products which allow to be technically replaced. reasonable.
We offer these consumables and spare parts at the prices shown on the list in force on this delivery date.
Usually the stock is sufficient for five years.
In addition, we can indicate other sources of supply for consumables and spare parts which will not be available from our stock.
