Essity offers the following guarantee exclusively to its corporate clients, not private individuals.

Essity offers its corporate customers a 3-year legal guarantee from the date of purchase of certain of our Tork® distributors; they will be free from manufacturing and material defects without the need for proof that the defect was present upon delivery.

In accordance with this guarantee, in addition to your statutory rights, Essity reserves the right to repair or replace a dispenser free of charge.

If a customer, a legal entity, wishes to make use of the guarantee, they must do so during the applicable guarantee period and accompany their request with proof of purchase.

Under the warranty, Essity may require the corporate customer to return the defective dispenser before honoring the warranty and repairing or replacing the defective dispenser. Replacement dispensers may not be the same model due to design and product range changes.

Under the warranty, damages arising from vandalism, misuse or improper installation are not covered, and Essity is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits.
