Taski Jontec JD Terranova W crystallisation is a crystallisation product for marble and terrazo.
Crystallization product for the maintenance of limestone floors, which restores the shine and hardness of treated surfaces.
It acts chemically on the calcium carbonates present in the material, to form a mineral screen providing high resistance to traffic and a high level of gloss.
The protective mineral screen makes maintenance easier by preventing dirt from penetrating the pores of the coating.
Sold in 5-litre containers.

Surface crystallization, particularly for calcareous floors such as marble and terrazzo, offers significant advantages in terms of both durability and aesthetics.

Dosage:
Ready to use. Apply pure .

Application :

Carefully scrape off the old protective layers using a TASKI Jontec stripper. Treat only pickled, rinsed and completely dry soils. Shake well before use.
Spray a fine mist on 2m² of surface to be treated. Spread out the product in circular movements with a low-speed single-disc machine (150-200 turns) equipped with a steel wool or stainless steel wool disc, until the product is completely absorbed. Recommended Taski Ergodisc HD or Taski Ergodisc 165 .
For greater brightness, recrystallize the surface again. Repeat until the entire piece is processed.
Recrystallize the surface in the same way (per zone of 2m²) for more brilliance. Rinse the floor with a neutral detergent to remove any polishing residue. Remove disc residue by performing a wet sweep. To reinforce the shine obtained, polish with a 400 turn single-disc machine equipped with a white disc. The Taski Ergodisc 400 is recommended.

Important:

Apply only on calcareous soils (eg marble, terrazzo). Remove the steel wool or stainless steel disc after use to avoid any danger of combustion. To recognize the calcareous soils: pour a few drops of acid product on a clean and dry surface (preferably in an invisible place, like behind a door). If a bubbling effect appears, the stone is then sensitive to acid products, you can crystallize it. (Do not forget to rinse the floor once the test is complete).
