Sun Professional Liquid is a chlorinated alkaline detergent effective in all short cycle professional dishwashers.
Thanks to its alkaline agents and the presence of chlorine, it is very effective on the most difficult dirt such as grease, dried food and stains.

Sun Professional Liquid is used with an automatic dosing system.
Dosage: from 2 to 4 ml per liter of water, depending on the degree of soiling of the dishes and the hardness of the water.
To avoid any risk of crystallization due to mixtures of products, at first use, rinse the tubes of the automatic doser.
