Sun Professional Dishwashing Liquid is an alkaline detergent, specially formulated to remove all soils, regardless of water hardness, in professional dishwashers.
Sun Professional Liquid is an effective chlorinated alkaline detergent in all short cycle professional dishwashers.
Thanks to its alkaline agents and the presence of chlorine, it is very effective on the most difficult soils such as fats, dried foods and stains.
(tea, coffee ...).

Manual

Sun Professional Liquid is used with an automatic dosing system.
Dosage: from 2 to 4 ml per liter of water, depending on the degree of soiling of the dishes and the hardness of the water.
To avoid any risk of crystallization due to mixtures of products, at first use, rinse the tubes of the automatic doser.
