Suma star of the D1.55 dives disinfectant can 5L

Suma Star Des D1.55 is a disinfectant detergent for cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces in the kitchen and is particularly suitable for manual washing up.
Suma Star Des D1.55 is a product suitable for use on all types of dishes and all surfaces generally encountered in the kitchen area. Its formula makes it particularly effective on a broad spectrum of micro-organisms, whatever the hardness of the water.
Suma Star Des D1.55 is a self-foaming product suitable for use in a disinfection station, foam cannon or foam plant.

Microbiological data
Bactericidal at 0.5% according to EN1276 standard in dirty conditions, in 5 minutes of contact time, at 20°C.
Fungicide at 0.75% according to EN1650 standard in dirty conditions, in 15 minutes of contact time, at 20°C.

Product complies with the relative legislation:
• cleaning products for equipment that may come into contact with foodstuffs (decree of 08.09.99 and decree of
17.06.98),
• the EC Detergent Regulation 648/2004.
Biocidal product TP4 (Disinfectants for surfaces in contact with foodstuffs and animal feed).

For soiled surfaces, always precede disinfection with a first cleaning followed by rinsing with drinking water.
General method of cleaning and disinfection
In manual diving:
1. Dilute the product to a concentration between 5 to 15 ml/L
2. Apply the solution using a dishcloth, brush or disinfection station.
3. Leave to act for at least 5 minutes.
4. Rinse surfaces in contact with foodstuffs thoroughly with drinking water.
5. Leave to dry.
