Traffic HD is a two-component, water-based polyurethane viscometer.
While driving performance to an even higher level, Bona Traffic HD offers outstanding resistance to wear, scratches and chemicals, even after 24 hours of operation. Bona Traffic HD is the varnish of the future for extremely intensively trafficked floors, combining ultimate durability with a VOC content of less than 4% for extraordinarily long results.
Bona Traffic HD is a new water-based, 100% polyurethane two-component varnish for surfaces where wear standards are extreme. With a VOC content of less than 4%, Bona Traffic HD meets environmental standards, being DIBt certified. Using the new "polymeric" advanced technology, Bona Traffic HD has been developed for long lasting results on parquet and the environment, with unrivaled resistance to scratches, scratches and household chemicals. Application:

Before applying the varnish, the surface must be pretreated with a Bona basecoat in aqueous phase.
Check that the soil is acclimatized to the ambient temperature of application.
The surface must be well sanded, dry and clean, free from sanding dust, oil, wax or other impurities.
Allow the varnish and hardener to acclimatise to room temperature, place the filter and shake the can before shaking.
Best conditions of application: temperature between 18-25 ° C and 40-60% air humidity.
High temperatures and low humidity will reduce drying time; Low temperatures and high humidity prolong the drying time.
Minimum temperature of use: 13 ° C.

1. Shake the Traffic HD can, open it, add hardener and close.
Immediately shake the can for 1 minute and insert the filter. If you do not need an entire can, pour the necessary amount of varnish into another can. 1 liter of varnish corresponds to one dose of hardener. 2 liters in two doses, etc ...
2. The mixture should be used within 4 hours of preparation.
3. Apply the varnish using a Bona roller for waterborne varnish, alternately in the direction of the wood and in the other direction, to avoid accumulation of the product. Always maintain a "wet edge" to avoid overlaps. Allow to dry before applying the next coat.
Consider a longer drying time for each additional layer.

8 hours after application of the last coat, it is possible to walk with caution on the treated parquet. It will take 1 day until the varnish is dry and reaches its maximum hardness. After 3 days, carpets and other furniture can be replaced, and if necessary, the floor can be cleaned with a special neutral detergent
Note: If Bona Traffic HD has been used in combination with Bona Create, a period of one week must be allowed before covering the surface treated (with carpet and furniture).
