Nilfisk scrubtec 130E squeegee kit, 321 mm length. Original standard kit.
The suction nozzle blades are the number one wear part on a floor scrubber . They are what ensure the quality of the drying: if the floor remains damp behind the machine, if you hear a hissing sound, or if you see water streaks, it's a sign that your blades need replacing. This genuine Nilfisk replacement kit is specifically designed for the Nilfisk SC100 E, also known by its former commercial name, Nilfisk Scrubtec 130E , and meets the manufacturer's tolerances for a perfect fit on the original nozzle.
What are the suction cup blades used for?
The squeegee blades (sometimes called squeegee blades or suction rubbers) are mounted at the rear of the floor scrubber and form a watertight seal with the floor. When new, they efficiently collect dirty water and direct it to the suction unit; worn or deformed, they allow water to pass through and compromise the entire cleaning cycle.
Signs that you need to change your slats:
- traces of water or foam visible behind the machine;
- abnormal whistling or sucking noise;
- wet or slippery floor after passage;
- strips visibly split, wavy or notched;
- shiny, rounded or glossy edge of the blade (loss of the cutting edge).
